    Preparation Instructions

    • Rub 2 tsp. seasoning onto salmon fillets or steaks before baking or grilling.
    • Alternatively, blend with safflower oil and use to baste chicken, pork or turkey.
    • Classic: Kosher sea salt, chile peppers, spices (oregano, basil, coriander), paprika, sunflower oil.
    • Lemon Garlic: Sea salt, dehydrated garlic, black pepper, parsley, cardamom, fennel, crystallized lemon juice (citric acid, malic acid, lemon oil, lemon juice, ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, pectin, turmeric [color]), roasted dehydrated garlic, turmeric, lemon oil, citric acid, sunflower oil.
