    • Our potlatch seasoning is inspired by the natural botanicals Pacific Northwest Indians once used to prepare salmon for their ceremonial feasts. We added a fresh twist by combining tangy lemon and savory garlic with fragrant turmeric and cardamom. Ideal with salmon, the rub is also delicious on pork, chicken and vegetables.

    Receiving Instructions

    • Store at room temperature for up to 24 months.

    Preparation Instructions

    • Rub 2 tsp. seasoning onto salmon fillets or steaks before baking or grilling.
    • Alternatively, blend with safflower oil and use to baste chicken, pork or turkey.
    • Sea salt, dehydrated garlic, black pepper, parsley, cardamom, fennel, crystallized lemon juice (citric acid, malic acid, lemon oil, lemon juice, ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, pectin, turmeric [for color]), roasted dehydrated garlic, turmeric, lemon oil, citric acid, sunflower oil.
    • This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, milk, soy, sesame.
