Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, store at room temperature for up to 12 months.
Preparation Instructions
- 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 package frosting mix
- 4 Tbs. (60 ml) water at room temperature
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the butter on medium-high speed until fluffy and white, about 5 minutes, stopping the mixer to scrape down the sides of the bowl a couple of times while beating. Add the frosting mix in three additions and each time beat on low speed until just combined. The mixture will look crumbly and dry. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the water, 1 Tbs. at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
Makes approx. 2 cups of frosting.
- Confectioners' sugar (sugar, cornstarch), Cacao Rouge cocoa powder (processed with potassium carbonate), natural cocoa powder, cornstarch, Madagascar Bourbon pure vanilla powder (maltodextrin, vanilla bean extractives), sea salt.
