RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 packet quick bread mix (included)
• 1 packet crumble topping mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 3/4 cup milk
• 2 eggs

Directions

• In small bowl, combine crumble mix and 2 Tbs. butter. Place mixture in freezer while prepping quick bread.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Lightly grease and flour 8" x 4" loaf pan.
• In bowl, mix remaining butter, milk and eggs. Add quick bread mix and stir together until combined. Pour batter in prepared pan.
• Remove crumble topping from freezer. Clump topping between your fingers and layer evenly on top of quick bread batter. For best results, create big clumps, small clumps and crumbs. (Crumble topping must be very cold to make clumps.)
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 50 minutes.
• Let cool for approx. 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.
