Combining sweet butternut squash with light cream, tangy Parmigiano-Reggiano and white cheddar cheese, the velvety sauce is enhanced with aromatic garlic, sage, nutmeg and black pepper. Just toss it with freshly cooked pasta and serve it with a salad for a quick and satisfying meal. The sauce is also a delicious base for pizza, calzones and polenta.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Sauce ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 24 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Product will separate. Shake before using.
- Cook 12 oz./375g dried pasta.
- Drain and toss with 1 jar of warmed sauce.
- If desired, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Water, butternut squash (23.03%), white cheddar (16.67%; milk, salt, lactic ferment, microbial rennet), cream (milk), carrots, onion, butter (milk), tomato paste, sunflower seed oil, celery, honey, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (1.41%; milk, salt, rennet), sea salt, garlic, xanthan gum, sage, black pepper, nutmeg.
