RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Meringues ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 6 months. Once opened, store in airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 5 days.
• Do not refrigerate or freeze.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• To re-crisp meringues, preheat oven to 200°F. Warm meringues for 10 minutes.

• Cane sugar, egg whites, nonpareils (pure cane sugar, cornstarch, vegetable juice [color], carnauba wax), less than 2% of: natural peppermint flavor, cream of tartar.
