For fresh, clean mineral flavor with enticing heat, we use Jacobsen's pure flake salt – harvested from the pristine waters of Oregon's Netarts Bay – and add New Mexico, ancho and jalapeño chiles, plus a hint of tart lime. It's the perfect way to enhance classic and fruit-flavored margaritas, as well as other cocktails. Just rub a wedge of lime around the rim of your glass, then dip the glass in the salt.
