The world-class white sturgeon caviar is produced on a sustainable farm in California, the award-winning crème fraîche is made by Bellwether Farms and the premade blinis are imported from France.     Classic White Sturgeon Caviar: These smooth, medium-sized pearls are black in hue with a silky sheen, nutty and buttery flavor, and just a hint of minerality. They're produced on a sustainable farm that prides itself on responsible practices and the infinity loop of its water system.

    Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche: This award-winning, cultured, Grade-A pasteurized crème fraîche is made in Petaluma, California. The traditional recipe uses only the cream of fresh milk to create the perfect texture with subtle flavor.

    Terroirs D'Antan French Cocktail Blinis: These round mini pancakes are golden brown in color with a soft, fluffy texture.

    Kit includes:

    • Classic White Sturgeon Caviar (1 oz. total; 6 appetizer servings, 2 oz. total; 12 appetizer servings)
    • Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche (5 oz. total; 5 servings)
    • Terroirs D'Antan French Cocktail Blinis (30 pieces; 10 servings)
    • 2 mother-of-pearl serving spoons (3 1/2" long)
    • Reusable black canvas cooler bag
    • Food items are shipped chilled.

    Receiving Instructions

    • Food items ship chilled with ice packs.
    • Caviar: Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 5 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 5 days. The ideal temperature for storing caviar is 28°F–34°F. This is best achieved by keeping it on ice in refrigerator. Alternatively, store caviar in coldest part of refrigerator (usually in back, on lowest level). Do not freeze.
    • Crème Fraîche:Store unopened in refrigerator for up to 8 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 10 days.
    • Blinis: Store unopened in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks or in freezer for up to 6 months. Once opened, enjoy within 5 days.

    Preparation Instructions

    • Blinis: Cook in conventional oven for 4 minutes at 350°F or microwave for 35 seconds.

    Serving Instructions

    • Caviar: Remove from refrigerator no more than 5 minutes before serving to ensure freshness and desired pop. Gently place plastic wrap on surface of leftovers before replacing lid, then store in refrigerator. This will minimize air contact and slow down oxidation.
    • Classic White Sturgeon Caviar: Sturgeon fish roe, salt.
    • Bellwether FarmsCrème Fraîche: Cultured Grade-A pasteurized cream.
    • Terroirs D'Antan French Cocktail Blinis: Wheat flour, sunflower oil, lactose, milk proteins, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, dehydrated egg whites, dehydrated whole eggs, sodium pyrophosphate (raising agent), sodium bicarbonate, salt, antioxidant, ascorbic acid, water.
