- Beef Bourguignonne Braising Sauce: Inspired by the hearty dishes served in France's Burgundian countryside, this rustic sauce combines red wine, beef stock, cremini mushrooms and herbs.
- Meyer Lemon Braising Sauce: Highlighted with the bright flavors of French Dijon mustard and herbs, this vibrant sauce blends tangy Meyer lemons with roasted garlic and California Chardonnay.
- Coq Au Vin Braising Sauce: Celebrating classic French country flavors, this rich sauce blends red wine and veal stock with cremini mushrooms and fragrant herbs.
Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
Beef Bourguignonne Braising Sauce:
- Cremini mushrooms, Cabernet Sauvignon, carrots, leeks, shallots, red onions, veal and beef base (veal stock [concentrated veal broth, water], beef stock [concentrated beef broth, water, salt], seasoning [hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed wheat protein, soy lecithin, yeast extract, cocoa powder, spice extractives], mirepoix stock [celery juice, carrot juice, onion juice], tomato paste [tomato, water, citric acid], corn syrup solids, canola oil, garlic concentrate, mushroom concentrate), olive oil, tomato paste, parsley, unbleached all-purpose flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), garlic, distilled vinegar, sea salt, thyme, ground bay leaves, black pepper.

Meyer Lemon Braising Sauce:
