This all-purpose turner is crafted of sustainably sourced beech wood with a head that's gently angled for easy folding, turning and serving. It's sanded until smooth and finished with protective mineral oil.

Use

• Heat-resistant to 140°F.
• Safe for use with nonstick, glass and porcelain cookware.

Care

• Hand-wash.
• Dry thoroughly.
• Do not allow turner to sit in water or soak for extended periods of time.
• Periodically apply thin coat of food-safe mineral oil to wood. This preserves its natural finish and texture, and significantly extends its lifespan.
