The luscious layers are filled with tangy homemade lemon curd, then frosted with velvety lemon buttercream frosting. For a refreshing finishing touch, the towering cake is topped with lemon curd and fresh blueberries – and artfully decorated with buttercream ribbons and scrollwork. This irresistible dessert is handcrafted for us in Indiana at Gwendolyn Rogers' award-winning Cake Bake Shop, where talented artisans use only the very best ingredients. Generously sized to serve a crowd, it arrives beautifully packaged in the bakery's signature pink cake box.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping box and store in freezer for up to 3 months, or defrost in refrigerator overnight and keep for up to 4 days.
• If cake will not be served within 24 hours of receipt, store in freezer then follow directions below.

Preparation Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Remove plastic from cake while still frozen. Defrost in refrigerator overnight.
• Once thawed, remove from box and allow to come to room temperature (approx. 2–4 hours before serving).
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice.
• Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
