Perfect for preparing meals for two, this elegant Dutch oven has a faceted surface design that takes it from serving piece to centerpiece. Similar to a French cocotte, the oven excels at slow-cooking meat and vegetables, as well as simmering hearty stews and soups. The exceptional heat-retention properties of cast iron ensure the pot heats evenly throughout, while the heavy, tight-fitting lid helps retain and recirculate moisture. The heirloom-quality cookware is designed to last a lifetime, thanks to its careful craftsmanship.
