    The Giacomini family began raising cattle in Northern California's verdant coastal fields in 1959. They initially sold their milk to the local creamery, then began producing their own cheese. Since then, Point Reyes Farmstead has won countless awards around the world. Taste for yourself – this savory set includes four of the company's most popular varieties of cheese plus crisp flatbread bites from Rustic Bakery.

    • Because the items in this collection are crafted in limited quantities, we may occasionally need to make substitutions with similar items of equal quality.

    • Original Blue: This classic California blue cheese is prized for its bold flavor with hints of sweet, fresh milk and a tangy, peppery finish. (6 oz.)
    • Toma: This semi-hard cheese features creamy, buttery flavor and a grassy, tangy finish that recalls the fields where the cattle graze. (6 oz.)
    • TomaTruffle: The rich, buttery flavors of Toma cheese are combined with the earthy aromas of black truffles, which include woodland vegetation, strawberries, dried fruit and a hint of cocoa. (6 oz.)
    • Gouda: This creamy cheese has a slightly crystalized texture and satisfying, complex flavor. (5 oz.)
    • Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sel Gris Flatbread Bites: The perfect complement for soft cheese, these crackers boast a crunchy texture and salty flavor. (4 oz.)

    Receiving Instructions

    • All components ship chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt, store cheese in refrigerator in vegetable bin or in container away from fan.
    • Store unopened Original Blue in refrigerator for up to 5 months. Once opened, enjoy within 6 weeks.
    • Store unopened Toma and TomaTruffle in refrigerator for up to 7 months. Once opened, enjoy within 6 weeks.
    • Store unopened Gouda in refrigerator for up to 12 months. Once opened, enjoy within 6 weeks.
    • Store unopened flatbread bites at room temperature for up to 3 months. Once opened, store in airtight container and enjoy within 2 weeks.

    Serving Instructions

    • To experience each cheese's full flavor, serve at room temperature.
    • Wrap leftover cheese in parchment or waxed paper. Plastic wrap is not recommended.
    • Original Blue: Cultured raw cow's milk, salt, enzymes, penicillium roqueforti.
    • Gouda: Cultured pasteurized cow's milk, salt, enzymes.
    • Toma: Cultured pasteurized cow's milk, salt, enzymes.
    • TomaTruffle: Cultured pasteurized cow's milk, salt, truffle zest (carob powder, black summer truffles), black truffle brisures (black truffle, truffle juice), natural flavoring, enzymes.
    • Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sel Gris Flatbread Bites: Organic wheat flour, organic sourdough starter (organic wheat flour, water), organic cane sugar, organic olive oil, sea salt, sel gris.
