The pancakes are easy to prepare using this Nordic Ware pan, and our Ebelskiver Mix creates the perfect texture of batter.

Ebelskiver Pancake Mix:

• Our mix is sweetened with sugar and a hint of pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. Add milk, butter and egg yolks, and fold in whipped egg whites to give the batter its signature lightness. Fill the pancakes with your favorite ingredients – meat, cheese, fruit, chocolate or applesauce, the traditional Danish filling.

Use

• Ideal for gas and electric cooktops.
• Not suitable for smooth-top ranges that require flat-bottom cookware.
• Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.

Care

• Allow pan to cool before washing.
• Hand-wash.
• Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
