Each easy-to-assemble, outdoor-rated component has wheels for quick repositioning or moving indoors during the off-season. Anchored by a six-burner grill, this configuration also features a separate side burner, a three-tap kegerator, a beverage center with refrigerator and sink, and integrated cabinets.

Use

• Grill is designed for use with liquid propane; switch to natural gas with Mont Alpi conversion kit (sold separately) or non-kit instructions (included).

Care

• Clean stainless-steel surfaces with microfiber cloth and WD-40® or comparable product.
• Clean granite surfaces and glass with microfiber cloth and suitable cleaning products.
• To clean grill grates after cooking, heat until food residue becomes hard, then use wire brush to scrape it off.
• Periodically scrape grease tray into trash to remove debris.
• Scrape sear plates into trash with wire brush to avoid flare-ups.
• Clean grill interior with dish soap and warm water every few months to prevent grease buildup.
• Clean refrigerator interior with Windex® or comparable product.
