Mini Beef Wellington Bites, Set of 24

Named after the Duke of Wellington – whose favorite dish was a combination of beef, mushrooms, truffles, Madeira wine and paté cooked in pastry – Beef Wellington is synonymous with aristocratic English cuisine. These miniature versions of this decadent dish pair buttery puff pastry with delicately layered chunks of premium sirloin and savory mushrooms – enhanced with a creamy wine sauce. For you, prep is simple –just heat and serve.

Receiving Instructions

• The popovers are shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, store the popovers in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year. Keep frozen until ready to bake.

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 375°F. Keep the popovers on the bake-safe tray and place in oven. Bake for 24–28 minutes or until golden brown.
