    Use

    • Oven and broiler safe.
    • Not induction-compatible.
    • Each time you use pan, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.

    Care

    • Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
    • Store in dry location.
