Use

• Designed for use on outdoor grills.
• Ideal for use in pizza ovens and wood-fired ovens, and on gas cooktops (not induction-compatible; not recommended for electric or ceramic cooktops).

• Over time, black enameled interior will develop a patina. This is normal and will enhance performance and reduce sticking.
