    • Ricotta & Spinach Grandi Tondi: Pillowy round pasta is prepared with delicate egg-yolk dough, then filled with hearty spinach, luscious ricotta and Grana Padano D.O.P. cheese. (8.8 oz.)

    • Pecorino Romano: Aromatic, salty and sharp sheep's milk cheese is ideal for grating over pasta. (12 oz.)

    Receiving Instructions

    • Products ship with ice packs to arrive chilled.
    • Upon receipt, storepasta and sauce in refrigerator for up to 14 days, or in freezer for up to 45 days.
    • Store cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 months.

    Serving Instructions

    • Pasta: Add pasta to 4 qt. salted, boiling water. If refrigerated, boil gently for 3–4 minutes. If frozen, boil gently for or 4–5 minutes. Once pasta is cooked, use slotted spoon to remove from water. Toss with melted butter, extra-virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated Pecorino Romano.
    • Sauce: Gently warm over low heat.

    Ricotta & Spinach Grandi Tondi

    • Pasta: Wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs.
    • Filling: Ricotta cheese (cultured whey, cream, salt), butter, Grana Padano cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet), spinach, beet, rice flour, lactose, potato flakes, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, natural yeast, salt), wheat fiber, salt, yeast extract.

    Four Cheese Italian Tortellini

    • Pasta: Soft wheat flour, pasteurized eggs, durum wheat semolina.
    • Filling: Ricotta cheese (cultured whey, salt, citric acid), Grana Padano D.O.P. (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme), butter, mozzarella cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet), rice flour, Parmigiano-Reggiano D.O.P. (milk, salt, rennet), potato flakes, whey powder, wheat fiber, salt, spices.

    SweetButternut Squash Ravioli

    • Pasta: Soft wheat flour, pasteurized eggs, durum wheat semolina.
    • Filling: Butternut squash, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, natural yeast, salt), butter, "amaretti" biscuits (sugar, apricot kernels, egg whites, lactose, milk protein, sodium hydrogen carbonate [leavening]), salt.

    Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

    • Tomato, onion, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, basil.

    Porcini Mushrooms Pasta Sauce

    • Heavy cream, tomato, onion, water, porcini mushrooms, white wine, butter, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, xanthan gum.

    Pecorino Romano

    • Sheep's milk, salt, lamb rennet, lactic starter.
