Our trio of classics offers a sampling of Italy's most beloved cheeses, all handcrafted in small batches and designated DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta), certifying they are made and aged in a specific location using traditional methods. The collection showcases the distinctive regional flavors of the country's artisan cheesemakers.
Taleggio Vero DOP: Produced in the mountains of Val Taleggio, this versatile washed-rind cow's milk cheese is famous for its pungent aroma and delicious flavor (8 oz.).
Grana Padano DOP: Similar to Parmigiano Reggiano, this cow's milk cheese is less crumbly and milder than its longer-aged relative (8 oz.).
Fiore Sardo DOP: Crafted according to centuries-old tradition of sheep's milk cheese, this "flower of Sardinia" is firm and rustic, with notes of fruit and burnt caramel (8 oz.).

Receiving Instructions
- The cheese ships chilled with ice packs. Refrigerate the cheese upon receipt. Store in a vegetable bin or container away from the refrigerator fan. Rewrap leftover cheese in parchment or waxed paper. Plastic wrap is not recommended. We recommend consuming the cheese within 10 days of receipt.
Serving Instructions
- To experience each cheese's full flavor, serve at room temperature.
