The pioneering company behind PFOA-free nonstick ceramic cookware, GreenPan™ elevates the art of healthy cooking with its innovative Premiere line with this hard anodized collection. Each pan features the company's new Infinite8™ nonstick ceramic finish, for unparalleled heat transfer and durability. The Magneto induction technology optimizes performance on all stovetops, and the Balance Pro Base creates a stay flat surface that prevents oil from running to the sides of the pan. This generously sized pan is ideal for everything from sautéing and stir-frying to cooking soups and braises.

    Use

    • Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F; lid is oven safe to 425°F, but not broiler safe.
    • Safe for use with metal utensils; silicone/wood utensils recommended.
    • Do not season pan.
    • Use low to medium heat.
    • To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Never let oil smoke or burn.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable); carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Dishwasher safe. However, to maintain durability of nonstick surface, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • Stubborn food residue and exterior stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
