RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients
- 2 cups (283g) Gluten-Free Bellegem Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (105°F–115°F)
Instructions
- Spray cooking oil on waffle maker grid and brush or wipe to coat evenly. Preheat to medium high.
- In large bowl, mix egg, melted butter and water until well-combined. Add mix to mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Pour enough batter in center of waffle maker so it is almost full. Close lid immediately. Cook until steam has slowed or waffle is golden brown and crisp. Remove with tongs when ready. Serve hot.
