    Receiving Instructions

    • Croissants ship frozen with dry ice, which may evaporate during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
    • Upon receipt, remove croissants from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 6 months.

    Preparation Instructions

    • Place frozen croissants on parchment-lined baking sheet to defrost while oven is preheating.
    • Preheat oven to 375°F.
    • Optional: Brush top of pastries with egg wash before putting tray in oven.
    • Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown.
    • Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), water, butter, sugar, yeast, dough conditioner (wheat gluten, wheat flour, malted wheat flour, acerola extract, enzymes), salt.
    • Contains wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy.
