    Use

    • Oven safe to 450°F.
    • Microwavable.
    • Freezer safe.
    • Before first use, hand-wash the pan in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
    • Use with a perforated baking pan underneath.
    • Do not use with insulated baking sheet, as this will interfere with heat conduction.
    • Use only wood, silicone, plastic or other nonmetal utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
    • Do not use as a cutting surface.
    • Do not place in direct contact with a heat source.
    • Do not grease.
    • When pouring in batter, begin with a small amount, making sure liquid fills in all of pan's details. Pour in remaining batter.
    • To prevent overflow, do not fill more than 3/4 full.
    • Gently tap pan on counter several times to release excess air bubbles from batter.
    • After baking, cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Invert onto cooling rack and lift pan away.
    • Allow cake to cool before decorating.

    Care

    • Top-rack dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
