WHY WE LOVE IT

• Celebrate spring with a classic carrot cake, made the old-fashioned way with hand-shredded carrots, plenty of cinnamon and rich cream cheese frosting. Baked from scratch especially for us, it features three tiers of moist cake layered with silky frosting. The charming treat is topped with rosettes and embellished with buttercream carrots.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store in refrigerator for up to 14 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Cake is best served chilled or at room temperature.
• If frozen, remove plastic from cake and place bakery box in refrigerator to thaw overnight.
• Remove from refrigerator approx. 2 hours before serving.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before each slice.
• Store leftover cake in airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days, in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in freezer for up to 3 months.
