• Unplug unit and remove all contents before cleaning or performing maintenance.
• Avoid using harsh cleansers, scouring pads, steel wool and steel brushes.
• Clean interior with solution of 2 Tbs. of baking soda and 1 qt. of warm water.
• Clean shelves with mild detergent.
• Clean exterior with stainless-steel cleaner.
• Wring excess water out of sponge or cloth before cleaning control panels or electrical parts.
• Rinse well and wipe dry with clean, soft cloth.
