WHY WE LOVE IT
- Jan Hogrewe founded her namesake company in her kitchen, making her first batches of jam using fruit from her backyard fig tree. Today, her handcrafted jams and spreads are found everywhere from family breakfast tables to five-star hotels. This Meyer lemon curd gets it vibrant flavor from lemon juice, zest and oil, and its silky richness from plenty of butter and egg yolks. This gift set includes a jar of the curd and four of Jan's tender, flaky, British-style cream scones, studded with sun-ripened blueberries.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Scones ship frozen to arrive chilled.
- Upon receipt, remove scones from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 8 weeks or at room temperature for up to 4 days. Once opened, store in freezer for up to 6 weeks or at room temperature for up to 4 days.
- Store unopened lemon curd at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Scones are best enjoyed warm.
From Frozen
- Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and place scones on baking sheet. Heat for 20 minutes.
- Microwave: Heat scones for 45 seconds or completely warmed.
From Thawed
- Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and place scones on baking sheet. Heat for 10–12 minutes.
- Microwave: Heat scones for 30–45 seconds or until completely warmed.
- Store leftover scones in airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 5 days.
- Blueberry Cream Scones: Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), heavy whipping cream, unsweetened dried blueberries, sugar, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), kosher salt, pure lemon oil.
