RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Appetizers ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 10 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 2 days.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• For best results, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
• Position rack in upper third of oven and set to high broil (500°F–550°F/260°C–290°C).
• Remove plastic packaging. Cover wooden skewers with tinfoil to prevent burning.
• Transfer bites to wire rack set over baking sheet, spacing at least 1"–2" apart. Liberally spray tops and bottoms of bites with cooking spray.
• Transfer bites to oven and broil for 1 1/2 minutes, flipping once and broiling for additional 1 1/2 minutes, until edges of bacon are deep caramel brown and bacon is cooked through.
• Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
