• Celebrated every year around the autumnal equinox, the Moon Festival is a centuries-old tradition in Asian cultures. Moon cakes are an essential part of the festivities. Ours are made using a traditional recipe passed down from the Imperial Chinese Kitchens. The tender crust is baked to a golden finish and embellished with an intricate design. Inside are luscious fillings in three classic flavors. Share the treats with friends and family as you welcome the change of seasons.

Receiving Instructions

• Moon cakes ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 2 months. Once opened, enjoy within 2 weeks. Alternatively, store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.

• Lotus Moon Cake: Lotus seed paste (dried butter beans, soybean oil, peanut oil, sugar, malt), cooked syrup (cane sugar, water, plum, pineapple, lemon), cake flour (enriched flour [wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, benzoyl peroxide, chlorine]), soybean oil, pine nut, rice wine, potassium sorbate, sodium bicarbonate, water, baking soda.
