All-Clad's HA1 high-performance pans feature durable hard-anodized aluminum exteriors that provide rapid heat conduction with precise temperature control. Each one boasts a three-layer nonstick interior that delivers unparalleled release. Use this large pan to roast meat, poultry and vegetables to perfection. Its high sides help reduce splatters, and its large upright handles are easy to grasp when you're moving the pan in and out of the oven. The versatile pan comes with a rack and holds up to a 25-lb. turkey.

Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks as well as nylon, silicone, coated and wooden utensils.
- Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- Remove stubborn food residue and stains on exterior with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
