    Use

    • Ideal for use with all cooktops, including induction.
    • Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks as well as nylon, silicone, coated and wooden utensils.
    • Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.
    • Oven safe to 500°F (except lid).
    • Glass lid is oven safe to 300°F.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.

    Care

    • Allow to cool before washing.
    • Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • Remove stubborn food residue and stains on exterior with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
