Use
- Ideal for use with all cooktops, including induction.
- Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks as well as nylon, silicone, coated and wooden utensils.
- Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.
- Oven-safe to 500°F (except lid).
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- Remove stubborn food residue and stains on exterior with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
