PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• Cupcake mix (included)
  8 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  1 large egg, room temperature
• 1 egg white, room temperature
  1/2 cup milk, room temperature

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 12 standard cupcake cups with baking spray and line with paper liners. Set aside.
• In large bowl, whisk together butter, egg, egg white and milk. Add cupcake mix and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
• Divide batter evenly among prepared cupcake cups, filling each approx. 1/2 full. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Do not overbake.
• Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 5 minutes. Gently transfer cupcakes to wire rack and let cool for additional 5 minutes.
• If decorating, allow cupcakes to cool to room temperature first.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.
