- A classic from France's Burgundy region, beef bourguignonne is a crowd-pleaser for dinner parties and everyday meals alike. It's also easy to get on the table with our time-saving dish. Made by hand from the finest fresh ingredients, the flavorful stew is prepared with tender chunks of beef that are slow-simmered in a traditional sauce of red wine, aromatic herbs, mushrooms, carrots and onions. Prep is simple – just heat and serve.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Entrée ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, store unopened entrée in freezer for up to 10 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep frozen until ready to cook.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove plastic wrap and cover tray with foil.
- Cook for 70–80 minutes.
