    Receiving Instructions

    • Lamb ships fresh with ice packs.
    • Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. Unopened, lamb keeps for up to 5 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen.

    Thawing Instructions

    • Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
    • To retain natural juices, leave lamb in original packaging while defrosting. It is normal for juices to accumulate. Simply pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
