Receiving Instructions
- Ham ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
Preparation Instructions
- If frozen, thaw unopened in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Ham is fully cooked and needs only warming in oven before serving.
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Remove plastic from ham and cover in foil.
- Place foil-wrapped ham in pan and warm in preheated oven for 45–60 minutes or until warm. Do not overheat.
- Ham:Smoked ham cured with water, sugar, salt, potassium lactate, brown sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium diacetates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate.
- Glaze: Honey, sugar, cinnamon, clove.
