    This gluten-free version of Hancock Gourmet's famous lobster mac and cheese tastes just like the original. It's made with elbow quinoa pasta blended with big bites of sweet Maine lobster in a rich, creamy mascarpone-cheddar sauce made with gluten-free flour. Sprinkled on top are breadcrumbs made from corn and rice mixed with Romano cheese. Perfect for quick weeknight meals, the mac and cheese is a snap to prepare – simply pop into the oven until bubbling-hot then serve.

    Receiving Instructions

    • Ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
    • Upon receipt, freeze immediately.
    • Mac and cheese will keep unopened in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, and for up to 9 months frozen.

    Serving Instructions

    • Thaw mac and cheese in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
    • Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and lid; place container on baking sheet. Bake until top is golden and cheese is bubbly, 20–25 minutes.
