Why We Love It

• These umami-packed delicacies are the richest, most flavorful anchovies we've ever tasted. Sourced from Europe's first and only MSC-certified sustainable anchovy fishery, they're wild-caught in the Cantabrian Sea. The fillets are semi-preserved using an artisanal salt-curing method, then hand packed in organic extra-virgin olive oil at a family-owned cannery. Enjoy the anchovies with crusty bread and butter or use them to enhance sauces and salad dressings.

Receiving Instructions

• Anchovies ship at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, remove can from shipping container and store unopened in refrigerator or at room temperature in cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Once open, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 2 weeks.
