- Showcasing authentic Memphis pit barbecue at its down-home best, these finger-licking baby-back pork ribs come from a legendary family-owned barbecue joint in the city. First they're hand rubbed with a signature seasoning blend and slow-smoked over glowing hickory embers until they're tender, juicy and falling off the bone. Then they're basted with a sweet-and-smoky mild barbecue sauce with just the right amount of zing. They arrive fully cooked – simply heat and serve.

Receiving Instructions
- Ribs ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, place ribs in freezer where they will keep up to 1 year.
Preparation Instructions
- For best results, thaw unopened in the refrigerator for 24 hours before heating. Ribs should not be allowed to stand at room temperature; wash hands after preparing ribs for heating.
Outdoor Grill
- Preheat grill to medium-hot (350°F–400°F).
- Remove ribs from packaging and brush ribs with BBQ sauce from pouch.
- Place ribs on grill directly over coals.
- Close cover and grill for 5 minutes. Turn after 5 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce and heat for another 5 minutes.
Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove ribs from plastic pouch and place on baking pan.
- Brush ribs liberally with remaining sauce from pouch.
- Transfer pan to middle rack in oven; heat for 15 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and brush ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Return pan to oven and heat for additional 15 minutes.
