Receiving Instructions

• Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. Lamb keeps unopened for up to 5 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
