The Suffolk-Dorsett cross of sheep graze on pastures in Pennsylvania, where they eat a natural diet of grasses and grains, free of hormones, GMOs and pesticides. The result is a restaurant-quality lamb with a succulent flavor and buttery tenderness that comes from delicate marbling.

Receiving Instructions
- Lamb ships fresh with ice packs.
- Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. Unopened, lamb keeps for up to 5 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen.
Thawing Instructions
- Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
- To retain natural juices, leave lamb in original packaging while defrosting. It is normal for juices to accumulate. Simply pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
