Manini achieves the authentic look, texture and flavor with a special mix of ancient-grain flours – millet, amaranth, sorghum and teff – that are naturally gluten-free, tender and flavorful, without the grainy texture of rice- and corn-based recipes.     Four Cheese: Filled with a creamy blend of ricotta, Romano, fontina and mozzarella cheese, with a touch of garlic and black pepper (9.5 oz.).

    Portobello & Cheese: Savory portobello mushrooms give these ricotta-and-Romano cheese ravioli a hearty flavor (9.5 oz.).

    Spinach: Classic combination of fresh spinach with four cheeses: tangy feta, creamy ricotta and mozzarella, and zesty Romano (9.5 oz.).

    Receiving Instructions

    • Pastas ship frozen with gel packs. Upon receipt, remove pastas from shipping container and place in freezer, where they will keep, unopened, for up to 1 year, or in refrigerator, where they will keep, unopened, for up to 14 days.

    Preparation

    • Pastas may be cooked frozen or thawed. Cook pasta in boiling water for 4 1/2 minutes if frozen, or 4 minutes if thawed. Drain and serve.
    • Four Cheese: Flour blend (whole millet flour, tapioca flour, teff flour, organic sorghum flour, organic amaranth flour), homogenized yellow ricotta cheese, egg whites, water, canola oil, Romano cheese, fontina cheese, mozzarella cheese, xanthan gum, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper. Contains eggs, milk.
    • Portobello & Cheese: Flour blend (whole millet flour, tapioca flour, teff flour, organic sorghum flour, organic amaranth flour), egg whites, portobello mushrooms, homogenized yellow ricotta cheese, water, Romano cheese, canola oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, garlic powder, black pepper, rosemary. Contains eggs, milk.
