Hand made by a family-owned New England seafood company, this award-winning mac & cheese features tender chunks of fresh lobster – sustainably harvested from the waters off the coast of Maine – paired with cavatappi pasta and a mascarpone-cheddar sauce blended with a delicate lemon-herb butter. A crunchy, golden topping of panko crumbs and Parmesan cheese adds texture.

Receiving Instructions
- Lobster mac & cheese ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 12 months.
Preparation Instructions
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unwrap mac & cheese and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until top is golden and cheese is bubbly, approx. 30–35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Milk, lobster, mascarpone cheese (pasteurized cream and milk, citric acid), pasta (durum wheat semolina, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water), heavy cream, panko breadcrumbs (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, yeast, salt), butter (cream, salt), cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, natamycin [natural mold inhibitor]), wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid). Contains 2.0% or less of onion, salt, olive oil, Parmesan cheese (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), white pepper, garlic, chives, parsley, lemon zest.
