Receiving Instructions
- Components ship frozen to arrive chilled.
- Upon receipt, store dumplings in freezer for up to 6 months.
- Store unopened sauces at room temperature. Once opened, store at room temperature or in refrigerator.
Preparation Instructions
Dumplings
- Keep frozen until ready to cook.
- Pan Searing: Heat 2 Tbs. oil in pan over medium-high heat. Place frozen dumplings in pan, flat side down. Add water to partially submerge dumplings. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove cover and wait until water evaporates and dumplings are seared golden. Remove after 3–4 minutes, or when internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by instant-read thermometer. Remove dumplings with slotted spoon.
- Boiling: Bring 6 cups of water to rapid boil. Carefully drop 8–12 frozen dumplings in water and stir. Bring water back to boil. Once at rapid boil, turn heat down to medium and continue cooking for approx. 6 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by instant-read thermometer. Remove dumplings with slotted spoon. Pan sear to finish, if desired.
- Pork & Chive Dumplings: Enriched wheat flour (wheat, malted barley, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate), pork, Chinese chive, rice flour (glutinous rice, water), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), ginger, onion oil (soybean oil, onion), salt, chicken bouillon (salt, cornstarch, yeast extract, onion powder, sugar, palm oil, chicken stock [dried carrots, dried parsley, spices, garlic powder, turmeric]).
