Woodford Reserve x Williams Sonoma Two- Layer Bourbon Spice Cake, Serves 10-12

Since 1812, Woodford Reserve has crafted some of Kentucky's finest bourbon, aging it in oak barrels for exceptional flavor. A shot – or two – of the company's whiskey gives this cake its irresistible taste and aroma. Created exclusively for us by artisan bakers, the two-tier vanilla spice cake is made from scratch with creamery butter, whole eggs and buttermilk. It features a moist and tender crumb, a layer of decadent caramel filling and warm fall spices. The sweet treat is finished with rich cream cheese frosting and crunchy candied pecans. Enjoy it with coffee, tea or a glass of whiskey.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store at room temperature for up to 2 days or in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove cake from plastic and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, remove plastic from cake and thaw in bakery box in refrigerator overnight.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Remove from refrigerator approx. 2 hours before serving.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before each slice.
• Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
