Delight chocolate lovers with our decadent triple combination of dark chocolate cake, luscious chocolate buttercream and rich chocolate ganache. Handmade from scratch using whole eggs, fresh butter and premium Guittard cocoa, this treat features three tiers of tender cake, layers of buttercream inside and out, a garland of buttercream swirls and a dramatic ganache drizzle. Perfected in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen, the crown-pleasing classic is a delicious finish for birthday parties, anniversary celebrations and festive gatherings all year round.

Receiving Instructions
- Cake is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store boxed cake in freezer, where it will keep for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store boxed cake at room temperature for up to 2 days or in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Serving Instructions
- The cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove plastic from cake and place bakery box in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, remove box from refrigerator and allow cake to come to room temperature, approx. 2 hours before serving. To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice.
- Powdered sugar (cane sugar, cornstarch), butter, buttermilk (cultured milk, modified food starch, salt, sodium citrate, locust bean gum, carrageenan, vitamin D3), sugar, flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs (nisin), cocoa (processed with alkali), dark chocolate ganache (sugar, palm kernel oil, cocoa, sunflower oil, whey powder, soy lecithin), vanilla extract, salt, baking soda, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate).
