• A specialty of Jane's Sweet Things, cheese coins are savory wafer cookies made with premium New York Cheddar cheese and a touch of cayenne pepper. Now preparing the buttery, lightly spicy treats at home is a cinch with these slice-and-bake dough logs, which are rolled in crunchy sesame seeds. Served warm from the oven, the crisp coins make a delicious appetizer, cocktail bite or snack.

Receiving Instructions

• Dough ships chilled with gel packs to arrive thawed.
• Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 5 days or in freezer for up to 3 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Logs are best cut when chilled.
• If frozen, remove from freezer and thaw overnight in refrigerator.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Cut log into 1/4" slices.
• Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Check regularly, as oven temperatures vary.
