Tiramisù, literally “pick-me-up,” is a classic Italian dessert. Eli's Cheesecake Co. in Chicago makes our creamy version from rounds of delicate espresso-infused sponge cake layered with lightly sweetened mascarpone cheese and sweet cream. To serve, simply thaw the dessert and dust the top with the included cocoa powder for an elegant finish.

Receiving instructions
- The tiramisù ships frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove the tiramisù from the shipping container. Place in the refrigerator to thaw and serve within 5 days, or keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Preparation
- To completely thaw the frozen tiramisù, refrigerate it for at least 6 hours before serving. Alternatively, you may partially thaw the tiramisù for 4 hours so the mascarpone has the consistency of ice cream. Empty the packet of cocoa powder into a fine-mesh sieve and shake it gently over the top of the cake.
