Our oven-ready entrées are comfort-food classics with a warm, homey touch. Satisfying and nourishing, like homemade casseroles sent over by friends and neighbors, the recipes are prepared by hand in small batches using premium-quality ingredients. Preparation couldn't be easier – just heat in the oven and enjoy.
- Includes Chicken Spinach Lasagna, Shepherd's Pie and Turkey Meatloaf (see More Info tab for details).
- Each dish serves 8.

- Shipped frozen.
- Chicken Spinach Lasagna: Layers of chicken breast meat, spinach and creamy white sauce, topped with pasta sheets and melted mozzarella cheese. (4 lb.)
- Shepherd's Pie: Ground beef simmered in rich gravy with carrots, peas, celery and red wine, topped with mashed potato crust. (4 lb.)
- Turkey Meatloaf: Ground turkey with sun-dried tomato, pine nuts and herbs, topped with sweet tomato sauce. (3 lb. 8 oz.)
Receiving Instructions
- The entrées ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, store entrées in the refrigerator, where they will keep for up to 5 days unopened, or place them in the freezer, where they will keep for up to 18 months.
Thawing Instructions
- For best results, thaw unopened containers in refrigerator overnight before heating.
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cookuncoveredentréesfor25–30minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, as measured by an instant-read thermometer.
- Chicken and Spinach Lasagna: Low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose (anti-caking agent), pasta sheets (water, durum flour, semolina flour, pasteurized whole eggs), chicken breast meat (boneless, skinless chicken breast meat with rib meat, may contain up to 2% retained water), onions, butter (pasteurized cream [derived from milk], natural flavorings), enriched all-purpose flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), spinach, heavy cream (contains less than 1% of the following: carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, polysorbate 80), whole milk (whole milk, vitamin D3), Parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, cellulose powder [anti-caking agent]), garlic, salt, chicken base (chicken, chicken broth, salt, chicken fat, sugar, cornstarch, corn oil, contains 2% or less of the following: potato starch, natural flavors, natural extractive of turmeric, natural extractive of annatto), cayenne pepper, nutmeg, dried oregano, white pepper.
- Shepherd's Pie: Potatoes, ground beef, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, tomato paste, red wine, beef stock, peas, rosemary, salt, pepper.
- Turkey Meatloaf: Ground turkey, bread crumbs (unbleached wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, salt), milk (milk, vitamin D3), onions, tomatoes, eggs (whole eggs), ketchup, red wine vinegar, citric acid (color preservative), 0.15% water (citric acid carrier), pine nuts, brown sugar, salt, herbs (rosemary, oregano), white pepper.
