Receiving Instructions

• Assortment ships chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store apples at room temperature or in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
• Store unopened cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 months. Once opened, enjoy within 1 week.
• Store unopened nuts and dates at room temperature for up to 4 months. Once opened, store in airtight container and enjoy within 1 month.
• Store unopened honey at room temperature for up to 3 months. Once opened, enjoy within 1 month.

Serving Instructions

• For optimal flavor and texture, bring cheese to room temperature for approx. 1 hour prior to serving.
• Wrap leftover cheese in parchment or waxed paper. We do not recommend using plastic wrap.
